Kargo Master manufactures a line of Pro II truck racks that are designed for service trucks with utility bodies which work well for electricians, plumbers HVAC and mechanical contractors. They have the same features as all the Pro II truck racks, but are specifically designed to mount on service body trucks. They are made of the same strong 2” round, high tensile steel tubing with marine grade powder coat finish over zinc epoxy undercoat for superior corrosion resistance. With a total capacity of 1,700 pounds, it is the strongest production truck rack you can buy.
Easily removable, the wide rear mounting plates fasten to the outer edge of the rear of the utility / service body. The mounting system accommodates both, top or side opening tool boxes.
Vertical mount position can be adjusted to provide optimal rack clearance above truck cab. No clearance over the taillights? There is a 2nd option which enables you to mount the rear legs on top of the utility body (OPTION A) with oval mounting plates or a 1-½” tall L- bracket (option B) to mount below the box lid and above the taillights. The telescoping front legs provided with these racks assure optimum cab clearance. An extra 4th crossbar is included.
