The Toughguy Carpenter Pants are an indispensible article of work clothing when it comes to carpentry or any of the trades or maintenance. First, they have special pockets that accept kneepads, which are purchased separately, to help save your knees from kneeling on hard surfaces. That tiny little crumb of a stone that would normally send pain through your knee will no longer be a bother. Since the kneepads are built in to the pants, they go were ever you go. They are always there and ready when you kneel down, or climb into the back of your truck. With the loose fitting design of these carpenter pants, you hardly know the kneepads are there until you kneel down. You will come to appreciate it after wear these pants for a day and the next day you put your old jeans on. I know which pants you will put on tomorrow. The kneepad pockets are made of Cordura® for long lasting wear and abrasion resistance.

These carpenter pants are chock full of pockets too. The flip out pockets in the front are handy for carrying nails, screws, small tools and just about anything you need to keep close. There are pockets on the leg as well, one with a Velcro closure to hold your cell phone. There are a couple of pencil slots to hold varying lengths of pencils. The hammer loop on the right side is made of sturdy nylon webbing. The long pocket on the right leg can hold a screwdriver or wrench.
