Installation Instructions
All truck racks in the Pro III Series, including Kargo Master Pro III Truck Rack for full sized trucks, are made using the same industrial quality materials and methods which have set a benchmark in the manufacturing industry for more than 32 years.
The Kargo Master Pro III medium duty truck racks are extremely strong with high-tensile steel tubing which offers strength without the extra weight. The racks have the capacity to hold up to one thousand pounds of weight. This means there is sufficient amount of support for multiple ladders that need to be moved. Besides this, the 5-inch swaged joints offer extra strength.
In terms of functionality, the Kargo Master Pro III medium duty truck racks can be easily assembled. Installation is also quite straightforward. There is a four-bolt mechanism which helps in quick rack removal. If the load has a lot of height, the quick-release crossbar at the rear takes care of it. The truck’s bed can be easily accessed with the grab loops at the back. What’s more? The rack will continue to serve you and look good for years.
The Kargo Master Pro III medium duty truck racks are finished using the best rust-resistant coating available in the market, i.e. zinc epoxy put below marine-grade powdery coat finish. Other than zinc epoxy, zinc chromate plating (yellow zinc) may also be used. This means that it is unlikely for the finish to become dull or fade away. Also, the yellow zinc plating is done on the fasteners as well which offers additional strength and also makes it more resistant to corrosion.
