Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship most in-stock items within 2 business days from the time of order. Items drop-shipped by the manufacturer or out of stock, special order items, or may require additional lead-times for delivery.

Note: Some packages may take 2 or 3 days before they are shipped out. Ground Delivery packages should be delivered within 10 business days.

Some orders are shipped from multiple locations, and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure the fastest possible service.

If you created an account when ordering, you may track your packages by signing in to your customer account page. Please note that items which have been drop shipped by the manufacturer may arrive before a tracking # for your package becomes available.

On in-stock items, and when possible, drop-shipped items that are shipped via UPS or FedEx, a shipment notification will be sent to you by email when your item(s) ships from the warehouse.

Freight charges quoted at checkout are calculated on delivery to a business address. Residential delivery rates are higher. Common carriers charge a premium for delivery to a residential address. On qualified items, Contractor's Solutions will pay all freight to any commercial address within the continental US. If you choose to ship to a residential address, you may be charged an additional $50 (approx.) to cover the additional cost. A commercial address is defined as “a business open approximately 9:00am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, that is located on a commercial thoroughfare” When you check out, the shipping charges are for delivery to a commercial address. If your shipping address is residential instead, you may be charged the $50 fee OR the actual residential premium charged by the trucking company, whichever is lower. Contractor's Solutions reserves the right to charge your credit card this additional fee.

FREE SHIPPING Any product that offers free shipping applies only to ground shipping anywhere within the Continental USA.

If you need to return merchandise, please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that any merchandise returned without prior authorization, or for reasons other than defective or damaged shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

When returning an item to us, please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packaging your product arrived in to prevent shipping damage, and to ensure that you receive proper credit for your merchandise.

If a return is requested for reasons other than shipping damages (ie: customer changes of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to the specified warehouse, and item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. Merchandise credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods by Contractor's Solutions and/or the warehouse.

Contractor's Solutions cannot accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer abuse. Return requests must be submitted and all returned items received within 30 days from initial receipt of your item(s).

If Contractor's Solutions makes an error in shipping we will issue a call tag. If the items are not ready for pick up and the shipping company attempts to make a pick up to return the product back to Contractor's Solutions, it will be the customers responsibility to make arrangements for the freight and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the freight. For returns that are at customers discretion - the customer is responsible for all freight incurred cost.  Contractor's Solutions will not refund the cost of the freight of shipping to or from.
